In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.  The product must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.  You must include a receipt or proof of purchase with your returned item.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.  Upon approval, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method you used to purchase the item.  For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Please note, if the item has been damaged after taking possession or the 30-day grace period has elapsed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
